Join us for the NIBA Vic "It's Okay, Not to Be Okay" Breakfast Seminar. In recognition of R U OK? Day, the NIBA Vic Committee is proud to host a seminar by mental health charity "It's okay, not to be okay''.
Developed in 2016 by three sisters following the tragic loss of their brother to suicide, the charity's mission is to advocate and create change in mental health, grief support and suicide prevention by increasing mental health literacy and raising awareness about available support services.
Georgia and Maddi will share their own personal story and will provide guidance on recognising the signs and symptoms and how to have an open conversation with someone who may be experiencing mental ill-health. They will also provide information about the mental health support services available, and each participant will receive an It's okay not to be okay constant companion wallet resource.
