Marty has over 25 years’ experience in the building and construction industry, commencing his career as a shopfitter/carpenter. Marty has developed his career gaining experience in construction, sales and estimating. With specialist knowledge in all estimating and cost planning (auditing for financial institutions, contract documentation, problem solving, progress payments and risk assessment).
Marty possesses extensive skills, knowledge and experience in the building industry, and his well-developed organisational and administrative skills enable him to effectively manage client projects. Marty is a RICS certified expert witness, a Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) and sits on the interviewing panel for Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS).
Marty has worked on countless landmark developments throughout Australia and has assisted to develop project management course material for the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA).
Marty is passionate about providing thought leadership to the property sector to ensure a comprehensive understanding of all construction costs, cost escalations, underinsurance and potential risks on their developments.
